  • Returns
    Due to the intimacy of products, Toned does not accept returns. We accept size only exchanges for waist-trainers only within 7 days. If you are unsure about sizing, please utilize in person pick up to avoid confusion if possible. You may also Contact Us so we can assist you.
  • In Person Pick Up
    If you would like to pick up a product in person, please contact us via email or through Instagram. Products are only available for pickup in the New Haven County area. No shipping costs are required if you utilize this feature. However, in person pick up is not guaranteed 24/7, please refer to the Contact page for more information.
  • Turn Around Time
    All orders are processed immediately and will arrive at your doorstep within 5-10 business days. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information. If you are located in New Haven County, you can pick up any product available on our site in person to avoid shipping fees. Please contact us via email if you would like to take advantage of our in person pick up feature.
  • Order Tracking
    All orders are processed immediately. Tracking information is provided within 48 hours of purchasing via email. All orders can be tracked through your provided tracking number.
  • Shapewear and Faja Maintenance
    All shapewear can be washed in cold water and dried using your preferred drying method; dryer or hung. Products are made from high quality fabric and will not shrink or rip.
  • Waist Trainer Maintenance
    Waist trainers can not be washed in a washing machine. Please hand wash, and air dry. Waist trainers should be hung after every use for sweat release.
